So, on our last trail run a CD jumped out of the glove box and fell behind into the vent system. It jammed up a blending motor and stripped the gears inside.
This is one of the little motors that moves the little rods that keeps you cool while keeping your wife warm, you get the idea...
Anyway, the motor is only sold throught the dealer as the WHOLE setup, ducts and all. (Obviously NOT cheap) Plus they are slightly different throughout the SAME model year! (My truck is an 01 DII, VIN ending in A708213)
I am looking for someone who might sell me just the motor, or the assembly, second hand.
The motor is tagged DENSO 063700-4940 12V 7B
It has a 4 conductor YELLOW plug on it.
No easy questions this morning... Get to work!
