I have a power steering leak so I replaced the three power steering hoses and I still have the leak. With the help of a friend I found the leak. It is coming from the hydraulic pipe. The hydraulic pipe runs from the side of the steering box to the top of the steering box. I went to change it out yesterday and it appears that the steering box needs to be removed in order to replace the pipe.
A few questions:
1. Am I correct in thinking the steering box need to be removed?
2. How difficult is it to remove the steering box?
