I have done a search looking for a post, that had a hydorgen generator plan in it. My daughter is doing a project at school. does any one know where to find this post, or the information it had?

You don't say what scale yopu want or what its for but...
You can generate free Hydrogen by using Aluminum scraps in a lye solution. Make a collector out of an appropriately sized jar with a stopper and a tupe coming out of it. A lot of old Chemistry texts used to show this kind of thing.
Be careful though. I Junior High, my friends and I accidentally recreated the Hindenburg disaster.:ack:
