Hi guys, i have an 03 discivery and i cant seem to figure out why my horn wont work. The horn use to work, one button on the wheel is broken so i swaped the horns to see if the horn itself is out. Neither of the horns worked so i think its something in the line. I checked the fuse in the engine bay and its ok, the relay clicks when i hit the button and im not sure if it is to click. Any advice

Fuse 16, relay R133, rotary coupler under the steering wheel, earth points C-0564 and C-0558.
Earth points may be on front panel or inside engine bay, depending on build.

I sliced the wires on my stupid horn buttons years ago. I swear that Land Rover had a half-wit child design these pathetic horn buttons. Left horn button popped out as I was descending Black Bear Pass into Telluride so the wire got sliced. Other button mysteriously decided to make contact as I and some fellow D-Webbers were relaxing and enjoying the sunset in the middle if Nowhere, Utah. Sliced.
