Idler Pulley

Goin' to work this morning and I thought I threw my serpentine belt. Found out the Idler pulley broke in half, fell off and I lost my belt tension.
Just by chance I took the pulley off my wife's 01 Grand Prix to see if I could get it home. It worked, the inside bearing dimension was the same but it was a bit smaller on the outside of the pulley. it was enough to put tension back on the belt so I could drive it home.
My question is, has anyone found a substitute pulley to fit the 96 Disco 4.0 l engine?
I've check part sites and they want to sell the entire tensioner, not just the pulley. They run $170.00 to $250.00 for the entire unit.
Looking for the cheaper route.
If anything I could buy the Grand Prix pulley, it did work, but it had a smaller outside dimension.
Used parts are pretty hard to find around here.

The pulley on my tensioner grenade on me driving up north. Stopped at a little Napa, they had nothing Rover related, but the Dodge Durango idler was a perfect match (i'll update with part #). about 45 bux

The guy at Napa was nice enough to let me use some display tools and go through the part shelves comparing idlers until i found the Dodge part... That was for a D2
