I did a 1000 mile day in my 1991 Hunter RRC coming back from upstate New York to Atlanta many years ago - a big snowstorm chased all the way to the middle of Virginia until we outran it. But the most comfortable long distance Rover was my 2017 TDV6 Discovery 5 - and it would get over 600 miles on one tank of fuel. A couple of 600-700 mile days back to back was no problem in that Land Rover. The picture of the D5 is on the Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee.

Cool road. Reminds me of some of the mountain passes we drove in Europe.
You had mentioned your D5 was a very comfortable long distance driver. Hopefully the new 110 isn’t too far off that benchmark. At this juncture in life I’m leaning more to an Audi Avant for road trips although the Rangie hits the spot for camping as we travel “heavy”. 😁
