It made my wife nauseous to even smell cigarette smoke and after about a week it just made her plain sick to her stomach so she stopped taking it. It worked for her brother though.

I work at a pharmacy where they sell NicoDerm CQ 3 step kits.

Not sure how well it works since they stock 4x more of the step 1 kit than the 2, and 3.


Anyways, I know tons of people that have quit smoking and have smoked their entire lives. You can do it if you really try!

Welbutrin (Bupropion) is an another medication option. It's an antidepressant but can also used to treat smoking withdrawl. It's actually very popular in prisions in treating inmates that previously smoked. It's not as effective as varenicline (Chantix) but it should cheaper. Welbutrin also makes people lose weight so if that might be beneficial.
