How hard is it to install a new passenger side exterior door handle? I already have the panel and everything off. Hints, tips, and advice would be great!

Also - how hard is it to install a new INSIDE door handle on the passenger rear door? I have the new handle, and the old one is broken, but am not sure how to proceed.

I have no answers for you, but i'm assuming itd be helpful for the group if you tell us if it is a DI or DII since their door handles are so different.

I've done quite a few D1 door handles and its pretty simple onceyou get in there.
Once you get the door panel off and the plastic you'll need to remove thepower door lock actuator.
Then remove the rods and nuts on the ( C ) bracket that hold the handle in place..
Hopefully this helps a little..

Brad, if you're wondering how to get into the door go to the Tech section and look up "How to adjust the front door handles on a D1". These directions are great and will help a lot.
