Installing new Alpine reciver in 96 Disco

Santa brought me the goods, an Apline CDA 9825 FM/AM/ CD receiver with a Siruis satilite radio. Has anyone installed this system or similar Alpine unit in their Series 1 Disco. Were there any issues I should be aware of before I start tearing into everything? Were there any alarm issues that I need to deal with? I have the wiring diagram for theh truck, so I don't think it will be too bad, but want to know if any one had some advice on the install procedure.
