Intake Bracket - Thread Size

So...they must have had the intake off at some point, and for some odd reason, they never put these brackets back on. Both sides (passenger and driver) are loose, leaving what appears to be a port to the intake open (?).

Anyone know what size thread these bolts might be?

Those are M6 threads. And no they do not cause a vacuum leak, the threads do not protrude into the manifold.
