Isuzu 4BD1 Diesel

Has anyone put an Isuzu Diesel in to a Discovery? It seems too tall. I can't imagine how they fit them in the Defenders in OZ.

I was curious, did not find any post concerning this diesel.

Theres this site which sells conversion kits for Landrovers and many engines ... they do not ship outside the EEC but it maybe a useful reference ..

Thanks for the info. I would still like to see a picture of it nestled in between the frame rails. It has to be close to the front diff.

I have also debatted on putting on into my FJ40.
