It's failure FUSE 17 again!?!?

So this hasn't happened in about a year. My fuse 17 had been blowing out all day today, this is the fuse that connects to the hvac climate control thing and my brake lights. Don't know what the hell could be causing this, replaced the brake light switch last year, thought it kinda fixed it. Now I'm stumped...any thoughts on this? I'm not good at wiring, are there any other parts that could cause this? 97 p38 btw!!

Luckily I have a bunch of 10a fuses on me wtf!

Just reefed on all connections and blew a right brake bulb. Pulled them all and replaced all 5 upper high mount brake lights. Then did the right side bulbs. Could this have anything to do with the shitty looking brake light connectors that the bulbs fit into? They look pretty cruddy but the bulbs work so I'm still stumped as I'm blowing fuses
