After figuring out how to repair my heavily worn keyfob with a damaged switch, I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

If anyone is interested, I can replace the switches on the circuit board - this will be 15$ including shipping.

For anyone interested, I bought the keyfob itself off of ebay - it looks pretty good. Not bad for 8$ or so.

Thanks,

Sorry, for D2- inside the key, there is a printed circuit board with switches that break (at least mine did). I can replace these switches (they are surface mount parts, so a bit tricky to solder).

Yes, would be both switches. Turn around would be 24 hrs, but not including shipping time (the shipping assumes USPS flat rate box or padded envelope).

One clarification - this is just the replacement of the switches on the PC board - the rubberized cover is part of the keyfob, and would have to be replaced separately - a whole new keyfob is 8$ on ebay, so not a big deal.
