It's that time again! Land Rover Roanoke is having another customer event, it will be September 28th (the last sunday in Sept.). I know this isn't the best time for some of you because of MAR being the next weekend but we would still love to have you attend. This time we are heading back to Braelock which is about 20 minutes up the parkway from the dealership. Mr. Hammond has added even more trails from the last time we were there. There is a river run a nice sand pit some hill climbs some extra creek crossings and a rock crawl. I haven't seen the rock crawl yet I'm supposed to head back out there sometime soon to check it out and give him some feed back. We will meet here at the dealership at 10 am and leave here by 10:30, we will provide some munchies for breakfast and lunch as usual. I think we may have Charlie do a safety and recovery session for us as well so for those of you going to MAR w/ out any experience this is a good oppurtunity to get some free lessons from an experienced guy. RSVP to me ASAP so I can start getting a head count for some of the other stuff we will have going on throughout the day.

I'm about 99% sure that is the Red P38 for sale down the street from me...front fenders look like crap and the tires don't look big enough to get in the way. Here is a crappy pic I took with my phone...

I think they want $10K for it!!!

Did he? I had noticed his car was for sale again...I was never a huge fan of the home made snorkel but I guess to each his own.

Extreme for sure. At least the snorkel is black now.

That thing looks like some kind of catapult.
Roanoke same date as Big Dog
Son and his Jeep crew gearing up and asking me to come along but they tend to tear up stuff.
Roanoke thing sounds like fun maybe make the trip if JB pays me the gas money he owes me.
