I think the one that fits the best is "The Best 4x4xFar".....however one of my favorites thats not official is "It's not a Jeep thing...It's the REAL thing"

I love in the last ad that Jack posted about Used Rangies the line that reads:

"Nor carried loads greater than Woolies' grocery bags."

It's hilarious that back then they were saying to people like us that your adventure rig is now ready and was being taken care of for you by your friendly neighborhood soccermom.

All in all, great stuff!

All great fun to see, and my favorite is the rhino ad, too. Thanks for posting those.

"Inside every Discovery, there's an accident waiting to happen"

Did they mean the ABS, or the power steering leaks?

:D

I just figured it was a reference to generic vehicle design/construction related accidents. You know..."Inside every Discovery there's a non-greasable driveshaft ready to explode", "Inside every Discovery there's an undersupported rear door ready to fall off" or "Inside every Discovery there's a safari window ready to leak" etc.

yeah, I'm not drawing the appropriate distinctions between the Disco I and II with the above issues, I know...Call it Team-Building. ;)

to clarify

"Like your brain, the new Discovery automatically adjusts to everything" I just realized that might be a little weird/hard to translate if you didnt see the actual ad.
