leaking radiator fluid

Hi everyone, my truck is leaking radiator fluid from the back of the engine but I cant seem to put a finger on it. I am not over heating and there is no radiator fluid in my oil. I did notice some small air bubbles coming from the last spark plug closest to the driver. Wouldn't I be losing compression and wouldn't there be an actual hissing sound coming from the hed gasket area???

No I haven't tried to tighten it up yet but I will. I know the radiator fluid is not leaking from the sparkplug well because I can clearly see that it is not coming from there.
