Left Rear Quarter Panel

A while ago a tire blowout damaged the Left Rear quarter panel on my 96 Disco 1.
I found a 96 at Pull A Part (and it is even the same color).
The Rave manual does not say how to remove the QP from a Disco 1.
It looks like there are 7 spot welds right at the rear door. Is this right?
Also, some say there is a sealant at the top.

Any suggestions?

Rear window panel and rear light panel are welded together. For the whole assembly:
Sealant, bolts along top. Sealant, rivets, and bolts along front. Sealant, bolts along bottom. Screws along back edge near 5th door.

RAVE covers this in Chapter 77. I have the entire procedure from RAVE copied into a Word doc as I was contemplating doing this job myself. Not to channel my inner DiscoMike, but...send me a pm with your email address if you would like a copy.

I looked at the Rave manual and Ch77 is for the Disco II and the quarter panel is different than the Disco I.
When I get to Pull-A-Part, I don't have a lot of time to pull this panel off so I had better have the procedure pretty well planned-out. I may use mine as a guide and then go to the junk yard. "Turn and Learn" method.

I went back to Pull-a-Part today. I was making progress when ONE bolt would not come all the way out because of the nut-plate coming loose. I left, bought bolt cutters and came back.
I nearly got heat exhaustion BUT I did manage to get it off. Whew !!! They planned for this quarter panel to never come loose.
