Okay, I got my wild turkey via UPS today. It looks kinda skinny but good. Actually still had some feathers clinging to it. Not so much fat as those strip-mined turkeys from the grocery. Any suggestions on cooking it so as to not dry it out too much? Besides smoking it that is? :)
