My 3" OME lift has settled over the years and the passenger side front is sitting about 1" lower than the drivers side. Probably due to the battery weight. Its not terribly obvious unless you look at the fender gap, but now that Ive noticed it I have to fix it.

Im already going to be pulling the springs out while upgrading other suspension parts. Do you think its a good idea to swap the driver/passenger side springs to see if that levels it out?

The plan is to also install 1" spacers all around any way, so I was thinking maybe get a 1.5" spacer for the passenger and 1" every where else?

I trim packer would work ONLY if I could use it on the bottom with the spring retainers since Im running front upper cones with rear isolators mounted on them.

Whats the best solution (Other than ordering new springs) to level out the front?

Who's springs do you have? I had the same problem with my D2 same side. I had TF 3" springs.

OME 751 front springs, but they are about 5 yrs old. According to EE you can put these on the front lowers for an extra 1/2" https://www.expeditionexchange.com/cart/product.php?productid=18671&cat=288&page=1

I already have them setup for the front on both sides.

Mod some d1 rear lower spring perches to fit the front then run the isolator and retainer.

What battery? I had a huge group31m and never noticed it sitting lower on that side.

The isolator is good maybe for 1/2" top and bottom combined. 1/4-3/8 for 1. They squish a little.

Oh are you running a swaybar? I have seen them bend and hold one side lower too.

I spoke to RTE and Lucky 8 today. I think Im going to go with the Terrafirma 4" spring kit from L8. RTE said their 3" springs wont be available for another 12 weeks, which in RTE time means 2 yrs. Ive been waiting on the CORRECT adjustable towers for 7 weeks now. They initially told me it would be 2 weeks!!!

Here is how it sits now.

Passenger side

Driver side..

Im wondering if the driver side spring is not seat correctly??

Might not be seated right. Also OME springs come one taller than the other, so you might just be able two swap them and level it out.

Did Lucky8 mention that your 265/75/16 tires are going to look silly on a 4" lifted D2?.

He didnt need to. I already know that. Im not redoing the whole suspension just to keep the same size tires.

255/85's will eventually go on, but I need to finish the suspension and drive shafts first.
