i saw your smile from a mile away.. the way your hella fog lights glistened in the sun against a rural landscape of farms and cow dung.. oh how i wanted to flex my truck infront of yours.. anyway..

outside of saratoga.. black disco.. lifted, front bumper skid plate.. SD rack.. rock sliders.. black? i saw you.. we smiled.. you flashed .. i beeped..

LOL! Too funny! I live about 10 mins south of Saratoga. Mine's oxford blue, SD rack, but no skid plates. Where were you? On 87? I'm just a few miles from Atlantic British, I see decked out rigs making the pilgrimage there from time to time.

yah it was blue.. sorry .. but it had a big aluminum skid on the front..
I spotted it between schylurville and saratoga on route 29..

I would like to get out there soon, but other than some steelies and BFG's, I really haven't built up my Rover yet. But I'm working on it. Keep me posted.

I had hoped to join the guys from the BSROA at their event last weekend but it wasn't in the cards. Did you go?

I lead the light run, we and the heavy run had no problems, the medium run was rather challenging and overcrowded and were out there for 9 hours.

Sunday,

Can't do Saturday, I'm teaching at The Equinox. You can get up Big Hollow with good 32" tires, just take a few spots slow or take a quick tug on the strap as long as you have recovery points.

I met another local wheelin' Rover guy on Friday, Robert C in Saratoga. I saw his nicely outfitted D2 when I pulled into the Taco Bell in Clifton Park. As I recall it was green, lifted, SD rack and winch.

Bob and I went to the Solihull Rally last year together, you should see his sweet 110 too.

He did mention you and his 110, I would love to check it ou. He also told me about VTXS. Good stuff. Keep me posted about any events.
