Be warned. Lincoln Tarantino has been up to his old tricks and this time it's one of my friends that is getting screwed. He isn't a member here, so I'm posting this on his behalf and as a warning to everyone else.
My friend (Bob Pullar) purchased a p38 bumper from Lincoln last year. The deal was that he would pick it up while on a trip to meet with other parties in NM. When the time came for Bob to make his trip to NM Lincoln informed him that he couldn't get it because Lincoln was going to be out of town.
They went back and forth, and finally agreed that Lincoln would refund the $400 that Bob had paid for the bumper. Lincoln then stalled for a month or two, finally claiming that he was going to send the $$$. Everything above took place between fall of 2015 up through the end of January 2016.
Thinking that they were making progress, Bob kept the transaction and correspondence private, between himself and Lincoln until recently. Lincoln has completely ignored all attempts to contact him for at least the past month and has not returned the $$$.
For those of you have not been around long, this may be a surprise, but the rest of us have seen this from this character before....this isn't the first time he has screwed a buyer.
