Ok, here's the deal. its in great shape, little rust getting on the surface, not a biggie it's just maine sea mist having it's way. overall it's a very heavy, weapon. powder coated black professionally. capable of having a winch, but i never did. i think it looks great for the price. was made by a master welder from bath iron works i believe. don't think this is shippable, as in i'm not dealing with it. so for anyone who i looking to replace their bumper with a beast, this is it. i'll even take your old stock one and knock $50 off the price.
