Looking for a Turbo ...

Trying to locate a turbo for a 200 tdi Defender.

Get the model number of the turbo and call some local turbo shops, they can fix you up. I know the 300Tdi used a Garrett, don't know about the 200tdi.

It is presently at the turbo shop and has a cracked cassing.

So now I am looking for another one.

Nothing on this side of the pond uses the same one unfortunatly.

Saw a used turbo for a 200Tdi on Ebay motors in England. Auction starts at 2GBP($4.00USD) Try their listing number 270 123 066 093. Good luck.

[Retrofit]

Well got a used exhaust cassing that can be fixed up so that problem is solved. As for a variable vein one they are pretty expensive and you need a larger intercooler and then you have to tune it up ... so I elected to stay with the standard one.
