Looking to by this 03 Disco II...Does it have CDL

Can someone tell me if this 03 Disco II has the CDL option. I am looking to buy it however it is over a 2 hour drive there. I asked the owner to send some photos and he sent some. As far as I know it won't however after looking at the sticker above the 4x4 shift lever I see what appears to be the sticker that is like the ones equipped with the CDL option.

Can I verify this through the VIN number?

No cdl unless he changed the t-case.

Crappy! This Disco is low mileage 70k and is clean and straight for 5000 Canadian. Is it worth buying it and retrofitting the 04 cdl components or just wait for an 04 to come on the market and buy that one?

I put an 04 t-case and shifter in my 03, but i lucked out and had my t-case replaced under ext. warranty and paid for the difference from an 03 vs 04. Quite a few good writeups floating around concerning the swap, and swapping in an 04 cable shifter too.
