have you found any more local trails? As far as I know Floyds Fork is now off limits after that murder out there...:(

It is also a designated nature area now so it is a DEFINATE no no. There are no good
"local" trails that I know of, but tons of good trails less than a two hour drive.:D

In SW Indiana there is DNR ground open for "off highway vehicles" I think there is about 1300 acres to play on, some lakes and as bad as you want hills. It is old strip mine ground called Interlake. The entrance is off HWY 68 east of Lynnville, IN (exit 39 on Interstate 64).

What the hell...I haven't been out there in a year or two. It was really fun to ride fourwheelers out there, up the creek under t-ville road there was a lot. Last time I went riding out there I noticed they had cleared all the trails that were behind the soccer fields...damn that was only 10 minutes from my parents house.

I found this link on the net! Looks pretty cool, and a lot closer than harlan. But I still think Natural Bridge is closer? I have been wanting to go see NB for a while now...

Ever since they reopened Interlake I've been wanting to check it out. Thought it was closer to 3K acres though. The pics and video I've seen look interesting. Natural Bridge is a bit closer and you just can't beat the scenery out at NB.
