LR-3 getting cheaper?

One sold in Denver last week for 22999 with 47000 miles on it and a V8 to boot. I called but it was too late it had sold the nightbefore while I was at work. What is the average price for a LR-3 in your area? If I dont buy it from a dealer what should I look for? What kind of miles are high on an LR-3? thanks guys

For price comparison....this is where I bought my LR3. They have a pretty good inventory. They typically buy batches of vehicles that just came off lease so they are one owner. The only catch is they get alot of V6's.
