JWest, so you are running a "normal" Hannibal rack up there, and not the LR3/Discovery 3 rack?

Do you have any photos of your side awning flaked out? I'd like to see it. Been looking for a good awning solution to go with my LR3/Hannibal rack.

I have the Hannibal designated for the Disco2 because it was on that before I gave it to my mom. I am glad however that I have this one instead of the lr3 version because this one is longer and to me covers the roof as it should if you're goign to bother with one at all. This also allows me to have the longer awning (2meters I think) whereas the lr3 model could only handle the next size down. I wanted coverage from the rear corner to as far over the front doors/windows as possible mainly because when I want sun cover, I want it way out.
I got the side walls too so I'll take some shots on my next trip with it all out and in use.
This rack also allowed use of the rare rear mounted awning that I think may have been orriginally for the D90/110 racks. It cannot mount to a straight rack side bar but rather it mounts right into the corner bend of the side bar as it turns through the 90 degree from rear to side. It's pretty cool and gives true rain coverage when open over the tail gates. It has side walls as well and will prove themselves come this winter while cooking inside the rear and sleeping under the side "room". I'll be figuring out some sort of draft block for the underside of the car though too. Might be good to make it somewhat mosquito deterring as well. ;)

There are photos on the disco3uk website/forum where it's easier to post as many as you like.
