I realize there is a spec tongue weight but I am wondering how much you can "safely" or realistically have on the stock hitch block.

The idea is a 370lb Ducati plus the weight of it's rack/mount system, which itself needs to be strong enough to handle the bike weight over highway speeds on varying roads for long trips.

The racks aren't really over 100 lbs so theoretically you'd be under 500 lb tongue weight which I think is the rated limit or close to it.

I have the Kaymar bumper which is mounted pretty well with the side arm supports too underneath so I could see using a couple stabilizer type straps at least to help keep the sway/twist of the bike mount to a minimum so it isn't all relying on the hitch square to resist that force.

This idea would allow me to go to track events without hauling the trailer and would make longer trips a lot easier. The inside of the lr3 cargo area is more than enough for an ez-up and track gear (tools, front and rear stands, etc).

Extra fuel for the bike can be carried in my jerry cans, 1 on bumper and if necessary, 2 on the hannibal rack (=15 gallons for tracks that don't have fuel or where it's always a lot more $)

I also have hannibal awnings, 1 rear, 1 long side so most of the time I wouldn't really need the not-so-easy ez-up ;) The awnings also have the 3 side walls so privacy is easy for changing or weather protection.

Having the ARB fridge, dual battery, on board air, all help with nicer living during track weekends too. I could even use the roof tent to be up in the breeze and not sleep on the ground where it's warmer in the summer.
