LR3 took a tumble at the border

Watched many of their videos before. They're skilled at what they do, but my first thought was that they would underestimate how much it weighs. Sure enough, it took them a while to realize it was "7000lbs of British muscle".
I just watched that last night. That must have been an exciting detour for the drivers and passengers involved.
Right before that I walked in on my son watching the Topgear episode where the three of them had a 72? Mustang, a Porsche 928s4 and a v8 Lotus Esprit. They pretty much went over landing around Chile and Argentina with them. Oddly enough I don’t think anything happened to the Lotus the whole trip. The Porsche did better than expected until it didn’t then things were a bit knackered for the rest of the trip. Tuff going for the Ford. lol
That was a good one, though the Argentinian leg got them in hot water. Apparently the failed invasion of the Falklands still stings some of our friends down south.
The Jaaaggg in the most recent GT episode, Sand Job, has me wanting an offroad-ified Honda S2000. It'd be like the Miatas and 924s that have sprung up, but with power.
As much as I hated the “ inset any American car body” on a Blazer frame trend. I do rather like the off road prepped imports. Mini cooper, Volvo wagons, new Beetles and such. They just look fun.
