My D2 has 170K yesterday I changed my oil and used this Lubro Moly 10w-40 MoS2 Anti Friction Oil. ZDDP Zinc rating of 1300 ppm with MOS2 additive. Anyone else ever use it?
Engine seems happy, little smoother but I also changed out my spark plugs that had probaly 50K on them. $25 for 5 Liter if you have a decent account with one of the major suppliers. I have run Lubro Moly synthetic in my BMW forever but mostly ran the Rotella in the Rover.
