Lucky8 trail kitchen

Here I am a month later and only have a few bowls to show for it. I still need to get a good table but can anyone give me some ideas on how to divide up the P case? I dont want to use wood or the Pelican foam.

Pain and simply I am looking for help and Ideas on a kitchen set up.
My goal is to keep everything in a pelican case so it can ride on the outside of the truck.
I would like it to be simple because most of the time I set it up at night and it gets repacked after breakfast.
I am using a 1650 Pelican case and do not want to go much bigger then that. 28.57" X 17.52" X 10.62
As you can see from the pic below my current strategy of just letting everything find its own way is not working out.

Looks good to me , Its all right there and you don't have to be worried on where it all belongs .Good To Go.

Update

With less then 2 weeks away from the Easter Expo I have decided to use 2 cases.
One will hold the stove and cooking gear the other will hold the food.

Things are coming along good with the grill case. I just need to build some dividers.

I went with this Primus grill

<a href="http://s542.photobucket.com/albums/gg418/Lucky8Rental/L8%20shop/?action=view&current=photo-3-5.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i542.photobucket.com/albums/gg418/Lucky8Rental/L8%20shop/photo-3-5.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

It will let me cook with pots and pans, But I know what your saying you can not Grill on it. So I bought this $16 wonder from Wallmart.

<a href="http://s542.photobucket.com/albums/gg418/Lucky8Rental/L8%20shop/?action=view&current=photo-1-3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i542.photobucket.com/albums/gg418/Lucky8Rental/L8%20shop/photo-1-3.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

And you flip it over to get a smooth surface. Who wants eggs?

That Peli case full of spatulas, stoves, and fuel cans is going to sound like a scrapyard symphony bouncing around on the roof of your truck. After a few miles on the trail your shiny new gear won't look so new. A few square feet of bubble wrap will help, though

Justin,

I did something similar. A 1610 for the kitchen and a 1600 for the grub. I've managed to avoid getting a table as a lot of the folks that I run with have them; or I just cook out of the back of the Disco.

I will pack it better but in a defender dose it matter?
