Lumpy idle

So since the weather has cooled down, My 05 4.4 has a lumpy idle ONLY on cold starts. It sounds and feels like a muscle car with an aggressive cam. Once the engine comes up to temp it smooths out and it idles smooth as can be. No drive ability issues or codes.
To be clear when I first crank the truck up, the revs stay up above 1k rpm it doesn't start the lumpy idle until the rpms drop down after a minute or so.
I've cleaned the MaF, cleaned the throttle body and replaced the pcv. Also recently sealed up the egr due to a vacuum leak.
I should also add that I reset the adaptive values

You’ve seemingly tried all the low hanging fruit. What is your rpm at idle? Have you given it some good fuel system cleaner and an Italian tuneup?

About 500ish rpm. I did add some BG44 fuel cleaner earlier this week. This morning it felt slightly better but still there.
The colder it is the more pronounced it is

This morning I noticed that if I shift to Reverse or Drive and hold my foot on the brake, it smooths out. Putting in park again and it starts the lumpy idle

So I ended up replacing the intake gaskets and cleaning the fuel injectors. That fixed the lumpy idle when cold. Also found that my non Denso maf was still causing random lean codes. Switched out to a Denso unit and no more random lean codes
