Are you looking for a stock replacement, upgrade? Any other system changes (ie. 110 calipers)? I ask because I'll be going through my brakes at some point as well.
I have found reference to these MC's with 1.25" bores being used but haven't had any of them in my hands:

I like TRW masters for their better piston design, Britpart XS pads for quality, and XS rotors for their corrosion-resistant coating, and any DOT 4 brake fluid.

Since I am re-doing my brake system with all Def bits, I was looking at swaping out the M/C with a Willwood tandem 1.125 bore with proportion valve. According to all the measurements and I'm sure a little creativity it should work fine.
