Mercedes Dealerships in Virginia~

Anyone know if the Service Departments @ the Mercedes Dealerships in either Charlottesville or Richmond are good/honest?

Have had some "bad" experiences with other dealerships and unfortunately some things only Mercedes can work on... any help/referral would be much appreciated,

I used Hammersley in Lynchburg for both my Mercedes and my Rover for years...always had a very good experience.

Used Pantops in Charlottesville a few times when I was in high school and they were nice to deal with, but that was 10+ years ago.

I'm not sure if Browns on Pantops still sells mercedes. don't hold me to that though. I know they stopped selling porshe.

Hammersley of Roanoke VA was sold and I would consider giving them a second chance as of the 1st of october. I work for the group and would be willing to do what I can to help you out.

My parents have had good experiences w/ McGeorge Mercedes in Richmond.

My dad has had terrible experiences with McGeorge Merecedes in Richmond. I say he gets what he deserves for buying a Mercedes.

I've also got 2 friends with Gwagen's bought from and serviced at McGeorge.
One loves the place, one hates it. I guess it's a crap shoot.

I have had horrible experience with McGeorge Mercedes in Richmond. I wont go back.
