I recently sold my Disco and bought a Jeep, are there any messageboards out there for jeeps that would compare to the caliber or this site?

The Jeep community is very different then the LR community since it's larger... your best bet is to find local clubs and try to find their club boards to get the same feel that discoweb has.. www.jeepforum.com is one of the largest forums for Jeep owners, just get ready to read a lot of questions about the best budget boost lifts..

I dont know where you are currently 'wheelin, but you could always try www.VirtualJeepClub.com.

They service the Arizona area and are great for trips.

They are very friendly to all type of Jeep owners -well maybe not the jeep liberty-.

Even as a Rover owner I have taken to the trail with them several times and they are a very fun crowd, courtious of the trails-even have trail clean ups. They have great advice for owners, lookers and people who want to modifiy their Jeeps.

jeepforum isn't bad, some really good info there actually, you just have to wade through a little more BS. I take it it's a Wrangler you have, look for Jerry Bransford, he knows his shit, along with a few others.

i'm a Jeep owner. had it concurrently with my Disco, and i had to sell the Disco a few years back. unless you are a hardcore wheeler with something close to a tube buggie, don't post on pirate4x4. great place for info, but they are a tight crowd and have no patience with guys with smaller rigs. www.jeepsunlimited.com is probably the biggest site out there with the most info, etc. definitely find a more local or regionalized site to accompany it. i've never been to Jeep forum, but i've heard the tech there isn't so good.

the avatar isnt my jeep. I wish it was but i dont have the time nor the $$$ to build that rig...and i certainly do not have acess to 2 unimog axles......but i do have 2 21/2 to militaries that i can throw under it!
