Here is a decent map of turkey bay. Not the best, but it will work. They have done a ton of work to the place and some trails have been closed and some new ones have been added.

I have a couple of the "prototype" maps the forest service is putting together that has every marked trail in the park. I think they offer them at the check-in shack now. But, the couple trails I recommend: Easy to hard
1. Red Hill
2. Brewer's Trail
3. Sit up and Beg / Nose Dive
4. Rocky Top
5. Buttpucker Hill
6. Silo
7. Dog Leg
I would suggest going with someone that is familiar with the park (ME!!!). But as long as you have a map and/or GPS you should be fine and have a great time.
You can park inside Turkey Bay for around $9/weekend, I think. Trick is finding a good, quiet spot. They also have cabins for rent and spots for campers at Wranglers Campground.
