millage just droped alot any Idea

Im wondering if theres a reason that my millage has gone from around 300 miles to around 210 miles to a tank, all my fluids are ok and my tire pressure is right on. could this just be a fule filter? or should I look for somthing else?

cold climate may have something to do with it..

Winter gas alone makes my mileage drop by some 20%

me too....my 04 also loses 20% 'economy' in winter....car is stone cold for longer, axles and drivetrain oils take long to warm up and the engine uses tons more fuel just to turn these items over with cold thick oil in them until they really warm through. Winter gas also has more additives and lower octane...keeps emissions low of course, but you pay for it with less efficiency...and the planet is still warming up anyway so what's the difference!
