Is the trailer wiring harness factory and if so, does it include the electronic control box? What year is the DII?

My DII was (sob) a 1999, So the crossbars fit the early DII style.

Yes the trailer wiring includes the box, bracket, and hella to 4 pin adapter. All OEM.
