Missing pages Owners Manual

Does anyone out there have pages 81-95 of a 2003 Disco's Owners Manual?
Mine is missing those pages (AC Heater control) and I really need to figure this heater thing out before my trip. Never had much use for it, but will be tripping up to the mountains and would like to figure it out.
