The article uses conflicting facts with other reports in its statement that he calmly gave himself up. Other news outlets have reported that he was dressed as a SWAT team member(all black w/ helmet, etc.) but other police noticed something that wasn't quite right with his outfit and questioned him ultimately arresting him as a result.
