A friend of mine is getting married later this month. Some of his friends are talking about dragging him to Montreal for a weekend bachelor party. I have never been there.

Should I be worried?

Any advice other than the obvious "Don't feed the strippers"?

About the only danger that I could think of would be the Canadian fags trying to tickle you to death.

Bachelor party in a city filled with French women? What could be bad about that? I went to a bachelor party in Windsor, Ontario and that was good, so I'd expect the scene in Montreal to be over the top.

I had an unscheduled layover in Montreal a few years ago, personally I had a great time, but that may have had something to do with staying in the same hotel as the airline stewardesses.

Watch out for those lumberjacks. They dress in women's clothing and hang around in bars.

On Wednesdays they go shopping and have buttered scones for tea!

Dude, I went up there for a Hockey tourn. 8 yrs ago. I married a girl from up there and moved her to the USA. They have the best bodies in the world. Best asses in the world. St. Laurent St. is happening! I can't say enough about the chicks, one hotter then the next. I go up a few times a year and its a GREAT fricken party city. Go! Go! Go!, you'll have the time of your life. Someone will fall for a french hottie! P.M. me for clubs to go to:)

A great, great city. So much to do there. If you want to party just stick to Ste. Catherine Street. If you'd rather see a little more history and slink around the cobblestone streets head toward the river and Notre Dame.

Spend some time at Peel Pub for late nights if you want to get in trouble with some young French girls.

If you have a bad time in Montreal you are a complete dip shit. I'm headed to Quebec City in a few weeks. :)

i live only 2 hours away from montreal.
all the comments so far are pretty good.
the only thinkg i have to add is that there is a terrible problem with auto theft in montreal.
4x4 and sporty cars seem to be the biggest targets.

enjoy your trip, Dan

Never been. Want to go someday.

I have a friend who married a French woman. Not hot and has a mustache and the two of them together are so cheap you can't even go out to dinner with them.

When they first got married we went out for dinner and as I was eating I noticed Frenchy had managed to get a long hair in her mouth as she took a bite. She then sucked it in like a piece of spaghetti slurpy noise and all. 10 years later I'm still haunted by the memory.
