A few factors lead to this thread:
1. I am working in DC
2. I am bored out of my mind, staring out the window.
3. I know very little about motorcycles.
So at least every couple of days, a motorcade roars by.atriot: There are always several police motorcyles, with side cars. Now, I understand why they would like motorcycles, they're cheaper than cars and very maneuverable, but why the side car? Wouldn't it just make it less maneuverable? I never see anyone ride in it; is there something in there?
I'm sure one of you dwebbers have a good answer, so I can get back to work. Thanks.
