Mounting under the roof?

Has anyone been able to mount anything inside, under the roof? Like where the rear sunroof would be attached? I'm not sure what it looks like under the headliner - pics anyone? I'm looking for a spot to move my stupid amps so I can get my space back in the cargo area. Wondering if there's a way to attach some kind of a solid panel right to the roof body. Thnx.

You could easily remove the headlining and weld some tabs in place for mounting.

If they are that much of a problem, you can move them into my Disco. I won't mind and you'll have your cargo space back!

Have you looked at the rear door? I had a buddy who mounted a few amps to the rear door, routed all the wires through the existing holes for the heater/lights etc. Looked really nice and didn't take up any cargo floor space...well, just a bit of volume.

If you don't work it out, I will always be happy to relocate your amps for you!
