I actually watched a few episodes of "Beverly Hills 90210" after I saw that the Vanilla Ice wanna be guy drove a D90 soft top! They never featured the Defender enough to warrant watching all the time.

I don't know, even with a fleet of Special Vehicles in every episode it would be questionable if it would make it worth watching Beverly Hills 90210.

Wow -- I am surprised that no one beat me to the punch on this. Saw National Treasure II last night. It turns out that Nicolas Cage's character has a white 109 with a trop top.

They only show the truck in profile (and only the rear quarter or so) but you can certainly see that it is a Series.

There are also plenty of new Ranger Rovers and RR Sports throughout the film. Not as good as the original but it was a good movie.

The List of Adrian Messenger, starring Kirk Douglas and George C. Scott, with cameos by Frank Sinatra, Robert Mitchum, Tony Curtis, and Burt Lancaster.

Also, John Wayne was not in Daktari, rather in Hatari.

:)
