Im running them on my D1. Using the 265/75 variety. I got mine from a local tire shop for $500 installed (set of 5). Not too bad.
On road, they are decent. Of road, pretty good. I went with a bunch of Rovers to Windrock late last year with them just installed. They did very good. Mud cleaned out well and traction was excellent in mud, dirt, and rocks. Ive gone to Turkey Bay OHV over in W. KY and there are a bit more inclines with rocks. This exposed the major weaknesses in these tires. The side wall is easy to cut. I havent blown a tire, but I have a nice slice in one that will go next time it gets the rocks. The other problem is after coming home from the ride and cleaning up the truck I noticed that there were a couple of chunks missing from the rear tires.
All in all, I got what I paid for. Not really a bad tire. The traction has been good and they went everywhere I feel a BFG MT or GY MTR would go. But the BFG and GY both have better sidewall protection and better rubber. That's where the money goes.
If your in a pinch, get a set of Mud Dawgs. If you can wait and save for the BFG MT or GY MTR, I would do that. I had the MTRs before the Mud Dawgs and was very happy with them. Next time, I will try the BFG MTs, just to try.
