Hey guys, just looking for advice on local Richmond shops. Both of these places have been recommended, Naylor more so, but I have a few questions.

I would much rather support the Land Rover specific small guy, but Naylor is about 20 miles versus 3 for Import Autohaus. Do the prices and experience of Naylor justify the extra hassle?

Thanks,
Chris

May want to check around a bit. I haven't used him, but I have a couple of friends that have had some issues with Naylor. Could be an isolated incident though, and he could be awesome, but double check before dropping your truck off.

I've had a fair amount of work done by Ben Naylor and he is a pretty good guy. He's got the Autologic diagnostic tool which I do not believe Import Autohause has. Last time I checked with Import Autohause was over a year ago so I'm not really sure. I have never had any work done by them but the previous owner of my last DII had all of his work done there. They seemed to do a pretty good job. The owners daughter also goes to my school if that counts for anything.
