Like the title says. I'm trying to find a front end skidplate that will be compatible with my TJM T15 and winch. Does anybody have any experience with a similar set up? I'm just concerned that with the bumper, a skidplate won't mount up properly.

I really like the southdown products, and would love to mount one of those up.

Let me know if you find one, because I'm almost ready to buy the same thing.. I'm thinking about the bearmach one (on dap-inc.com) .. they say its compatible with their discrete winch mount, which has to hang lower than our winch tray.

I have a feeling there is a set of skid plates to fit front (steering) and rear (diff + fuel tank) made by a british company but imported to the US. Might be made by Southdown.

There are pictures somewhere on this site. Someone has the exact set up youe are after I'll let you know.

Ahh, I believe that is the southdown axel/diff guard one .. I'm personally looking for a steering one first:

That's pretty slick, I could obviously fit that on with no problem, but I too would also like something to cover up the steering. With the TJM there's a lot hangin' out down there.

Wow old thread.. well post #2 I sold my TJM and the next owner did have a skid plate attached.. it was either southdown or LR genuine, but it fit nicely. Here's a pic of it:

I have a LR (Southdown) steering skid plate attached with my TJM, but am considering taking it off as you loose quite a bit or your approach angle.
