Oh look, an FJ Cruiser with a LR badge!

The rimz are a fucking joke.

Had the same thought, looks a lot like an FJ. Not as bad as I would have feared, but I am never going to be the target market, so...

This could be a Kia, maybe a Rav4; it could be a CRV, or maybe one of those Hyundai things; and I suppose it could be like an Element, a Nissan, or a Suzuki.... The only thing it doesn't seem to resemble is one of those Land Rover Defender things.

Saw this interesting bit posted by nashvillerover on another forum.
Rumor on the street- Tata's Land Rover Group CEO resigned this past Friday because the polls taken on the Concept DC100 came back at a 96% disapproval rating. The same rumor also states the head designer was given a week to turn in his resignation. The news reports state he resigned due to personal reasons- but the rumbling is it all centered around this cluster debacle of a truck design - wait - is that a truck design?

Tatas stock hit a 52 week low on Monday as the news spead. We may never see this truck as stated above!

TTM's stock price has been on a steady decline for a year, the Tata Nano was a huge flop. Jag-LR accounted for a huge percent of the company's revenue and has largely been turned around from the disasterous money pit it was when Ford owned it.

I highly doubt this guy's resignation has a thing to do with public perception of a 48-months-out concept vehicle 4 days after its unveiling.
