I've heard the samething about them sucking on the road. I wouldn't mind having a set though after seeing them perform offroad. I would just have to find room to put another set of tires in the garage.

Yeah. All my buddies are heavily considering the 40" size, but they are UNGODLY wide. 15.5"

Yes, they suck on the road. But thats why you should run them as off road tires mainly. They can get a little squirrely under extremely heavy braking while on wet roads. They also flat spot like a BITCH. It'll take a while for them to round back out.

Off road, air down to 10 psi...you'll dust everyone else. I think they are the bestest tire at, and under 35". Pure performance only beaten by red label tires (i.e. the tires that competition off road buggies use, these tires are EXTREMELY soft and sticky).

They are just about as loud as an SSR, cheaper than an SSR, have thicker sidewalls than an SSR, and outperform an SSR. Did I mention I don't like SSRs??

you must of had a few bad experiences with the ssr's because I miss mine, that's why Im looking into getting another set of swampers. I'm not set on any particular one yet but I'll probably go with bias this time around.

I went from 34x10.5-15 LTBs to 35x12.5-15 BFG MTs.

Only because LTBs were too small.
Nowhere near 34".
But the LTB is a way tougher tire than the BFG. The MTs anyway.

I hope the new 35"LTB is a real 35".
