New to me Disco 2, sorting through a few out standing issues

Hi all,
Im the happy new owner of an 03 Disco SE7 and as i'm going through it making sure its tip top I have found a few isues i could use some help with.

1st. At cold startup when it high Idles I hear a tic from the passengers side ( sounds like a single cyl exhaust leak ) but as soon as the Idle drops down it seems to dissappear. also i hear it a little while driving under load at low rpm.
Thoughts? Bad Gasket? Cracked Manifold? or something to do with the emissions stuff on that side?

2nd. head light sprayers dont work, anyplace i should check first? is this a common problem?

3rd. When driving around at normal slow speeds 25-45, when under a light load the engine seems to hesitate sporaticly ( feels like a spark plug wire arcing ) i have no check engine light to reference so anyone who may be able to shed some light on this would be greatly appriciated.

1 could be the manifold to down pipe gaskets.

2 is most likely the pump. Located on the washer bottle infront of the left front tire.

3 could be bad wires, coil packs or just normal. My 03 will do this really bad with no cel and I have no clue the cause.

2nd Headlight sprayers only work when your lights are on.

Sometimes there will be small exhaust leaks caused by cracks, between the pipe and flange, at the joint where the manifold meets the y-pipe.
On the headlight sprayer doesn't it only spray every 3rd or 4th time the lever is pulled (with the lights on)? I can't remember, I haven't had those sprayers in a long time.
